再保险合同的主要种类：溢额分保合同（八）

因本合同以业务承保年度为基础 , 故账单应按每个业务年度分开发送。

如果本合同保障一类业务以上 , 除非另有协议 , 账单将按各类业务分别发送。

对列入本合同范围的任何保险或再保险业务 , 责任生效后免收保费或分出人没有收到保费 , 不能视为注销保费。

分保接受人应在收到账单 14 天内证实正确或通知分出人账单有误 , 如果在 14 天内未作证实 , 则视为账单已被确认无误 , 其借方应速将余额款项支付给贷方。无意的错误或遗漏不能延搁应付余额的支付 , 除非这种错误或遗漏严重影响了余额的汇付。除了错误或遗漏十分严重而需即刻更正补充外 , 其他纠正均在下季或下半年账单中进行调整。

CURRENCY OF ACCOUNTING

Accounting and remittance under this Agreement shall takeplace in the currency specified in the SCHEDULE and foreigncurrency shall be converted at the rates of exchange which mayfrom time to time be adopted by the CEDANT . If in any circum-stances the rates shall ultimately prove to have been inappropri-ate the CEDANT shall have the right to make suitable adjust-ments in account . Although the accounting and a remittancetake place in the currency as specified above the original curren-cies shall form the basis of liability of the REINSURER . TheCEDANT shall have the right in the event of major changes inthe currency situation or restrictions on currency transfer to re-vert partially or wholly to accounting in original currencies witheffect from the next quarterly or half-yearly account as the casemay be .

In the event of cessation of the liability of the REINSURERas a result of termination of this Agreement due to outbreak ofwar the adjustment of account as on such date shall be delayeduntil the termination of hostilities .

账单的货币

本合同账单和汇款将按附表规定的货币计算 , 外币将由分出人随时按外汇牌价折合成规定的货币。如果最后证明折合率不合适 , 在任何情况下 ,分出人有权对其账单作适当调整。账单和汇款虽然要按附表规定的货币 ,而原币则是分保接受人的责任基础。如果货币情况有大的变动或汇款限制 ,分出人可根据具体情况在下期或下半年账单中部分或全部折合成原币。
